We use your information in a number of different ways � what we do depends on the information. Below set this out in detail, showing what we do, and why we do it.

You don�t have to give us any of this personal information but if you don�t, you will not be able to participate in draws or buy from the site.

Dropbox We use Dropbox to securely share files and documents that contain or may contain personal data pertinent to the work we undertake for clients and for our staff.
DataAegis We use DataAegis EasySendy product in order to efficiently send email updates to you as part of our ongoing services. Your name and email address are stored to facilitate this.
Forward IT Solutions LLC Forward IT Solutions provide automated marketing services to enable us to send the most relevant messages to you in a timely manner.
UKFast Web hosting & Secure Socket Layer on our websites.

In all cases we seek to minimize the amount of personal data shared and in some cases anonymize this. It is essential however that we can identify you quickly and easily and so information shared will be identifiable as your personal data.

We will not share your personal information in any other circumstances than those necessary for the provision of service to you or where we are required to do so by law.

Marketing messages

We will only send you these if you have said we can, we�ll send you marketing messages by email, text, to keep you aware of products, services, relevant information, offers and prize draws.

Once you do this, we will update our records to ensure that you don�t receive further marketing messages.

Stopping marketing messages will not stop service communications about any product you have purchased.

Your information and countries outside Europe

We do not share your information outside the EU unless we are satisfied that the jurisdiction and environment where information may be held is adequate. In terms of processors based in the US we ensure that these processors are signed up to the EU-US Privacy Shield or that they are holding the data within the EU.

Keeping your information

We�ll hold on to your information as long as needed to be able to provide the services to you, as is required under regulatory rules or to defend any legal claim. Where we have had a contractual relationship with you then we need to keep your information to meet legal or regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce our terms and conditions, this means we will keep some of your information as required, even after you have cancelled or terminated any products or services we have provided.
